baby is 3months old having red bumps on cheek, back, leg and hands..... wat can be the cause for same visited general physician he has suggested to use Calosoft-af lotion over it

This is very common among new born babies because of the sensitive skin.
Apply calasoft as prescribed by the doctor. It will be fine.
Exclusive breastfeed ur baby till six months. Take care
