ExpertDr Priyanka KalraObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 years agoA. yes why not. you can eat all you want thats home made and fresh and cooked. get dal, roti, rice, fruits and salads. the baby needs a balance diet with protein, carbs, fats abd fibre. no need of fancy foods ok.

Yes Of course you can eat boiled rice on an every day basis and also I would like to tell you just one thing you include in your diet just whenever you finish eating your food take some carrom seeds rock salt and just you know crush it properly and have it with you know half glass of warm water that will always help you in healthy digestion as well as it will never form gas in the body
