Uma RamMom of 2 children8 months agoA. Hai good evening !! Babies gain 400-900 gm per month ,by 5-6 months babies double their birth weight. Here baby is 3 months old the ideal weight should be 3.8 - 6 kg . Give frequent feeds either breast milk or formula milk every two hours and burp well after every feed.
