#askthepert My baby boy is now 9+ months and since birth he is catching cold every month. And because of this he is not eating not sleeping. He is vaccined till date but still why and from where he is catching cold. What should be the reason??

low immunity .
so first ,i advise to give breastfeeding atleast one year age which naturally strenghthen your child's immunity.
second ,give one serving of citrus fruits daily
third ,avoid temperature variation
fourth , choose weather appropriate clothes for your child
