Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children2 years agoA. Cold is most of the time because of viral illness and if the child is having recurrent running nose and nasal congestion it can be alltergic rhinitis also so it needs a proper examination.
steam inhalation wgcill be beneficial in both the cases along with decongestant medicine like wikoryl, alex cold
In viral illness there can be cough and fever which needs treatment accordingly along with a proper hydration .

RashmiMom of a 11 yr old girl2 years agoA. Ask your doctor to advise me the medicine for the child and cold is completely normal and common during this time so you can just go ahead without consulting the doctor for proper medication and treatment
