Then you can eat more of fruit n vegetables and take lots of water n try to workoutCut on salt in diet. take lots of fluids and a high protein diet. avoid standing or sitting with legs hanging down. the baby needs a balance diet with protein, carbs, fats abd fibre. no need of fancy foods ok.
