Hands down normal delivery is the best that you can go ahead with and there is no problem with C-section also it is good in condition where it is meant to be done where you do not have a choice then you have a C-section it takes a lot of time to heal and it’s very painful as compare to vaginal delivery initially you will have pain in vaginal but she is C-section delivery last for a very long time the pain is there epidural can lead to life lock back pain also so you should avoid these things
