ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist2 weeks agoA. Namaste Mom Well you can opt for atta biscuits or millets based ones as such would be better avoid the cream ones apart from this weight as of now is expected to triple by the age of one and later double by the age of 5

You can use fluoride free toothpaste (you can choose from Babyorgano or Kiddodent brand as both are kids specific brand are are very good). Ideal weight should be around 9-10.5kg at 14 months.
