No matter how smart and intelligent a child is you will still find something that you can give to the child to check with what your child has and what else can you gift in terms of sharpening its brain so look for that otherwise if you want the child is so smart why don’t you do like FD or something for the child which you can give which you can use into the later age of your child when the child will start studies later PG or something
