for mother,she must take necessary precautions like wear mask , wash hands frequently , follow social distancing , etc
and for a child ,you must give home cooked fresh food only
best to give fruits more which help to strengthen your child immunity.
give more and more breastfeeds too ,it contains antibodies which help your child to fight against viral or bacterial infections.
keep your child well hydrated
maintain good hygiene using Babyhug multipurpose cleaner and sanitizer.
