Give banana, avocado, pear, mango, pineapple and papaya. Give whole cow's milk and milk products like ghee in small amounts, curd, butter, cheese, and home made paneer. Give fruit milkshakes and fruit smoothies and dry fruits powder to them. Give plain nuts like walnuts, almonds, raisins, peanuts and cashew nuts. Give lentils like moong Dal and urad Dal. Give one boiled egg per day. Give cheesy potatoes and sweet potatoes. Give ragi and brown rice. Give chickpeas and green peas. Give almond milk and soy milk.
