Rashmi GuptaMom of a 11 yr 6 m old girl3 years agoA. You Can use diaper rash cream if you want to otherwise I would say go ahead with using either coconut oil or a Boroline anti septic cream that’s going to be a much better option to go for because anyways better than rash cream
