Rashmi GuptaMom of a 11 yr 7 m old girl4 weeks agoA. See if it is white dish in the mouth it could be just milk getting accumulated so you can clean it with a silicon tongue cleaner you can go for that and for diaper rash cream I would recommend you to Babyhug rash cream that will be helpful
