#asktheexperts sir mera baby 5 month ka complete ho chuka h or vo abhi tk bm pr hi tha...uska weight 6.5kg h...but ab uska pet nhi bhrta...ky me use or kuch de skti hu khane me...pls reply

The more u feed the more milk secretion will be there Have shatavari tablet with warm milk twice a day to increase bm Take care
Maintain hydration
The more relaxed you are while breastfeeding, the better your milk will flow. Make sure your chair or bed is comfortable and try to remove any distractions. For example, turn off your phone or put a ‘do not disturb’ sign on your door. Have a glass of water on hand for yourself too.
