#asktheexperts sir, can I eat nonveg curry post delivery of 40 days.. is there any risk to my baby of suffering gas problem

A. better to avoid or else may take non spicy non veg food. Take high protein contain food like- Milk and ghee and, grains, oatmeals, cereals, pulses, dry fruit, fresh fruits, vegetables.
