RashmiMom of a 11 yr 3 m old girl2 weeks agoA. Mam it’s good to rest for at least 40 to 60 days specially after C-section I will not say that you should not do it it’s your choice if you do it but I think resting for at least 40 to 60 days is very very important specially after a C-section
