A. Hello my dear parent! For calcium, you can give sesame seeds, green, leafy, vegetables, ragi, and so on. Give your child a well balanced, healthy diet and keep hydrated all through the day. Milk is only a part of the meal. Rest of the nutrition should come from healthy solids.
