new teeth will come but if you feel its dental caries then dental examination is a must.
its better to take your child to some dentist for routine check up

They They are falling down because the milk teeth start falling after the age of four years and that’s completely normal if they are cracked and I’m not falling down as you mentioned crack the word so you should be getting in touch with a paediatric dentist for that because she will be able to advise you clearly understood
