my child is 19month old but still his teeth are not coming ..only two three teeth are there

If only one or two are already there that means there is no problem the others will come actually a child can have an entire set of teeth somewhere between the age of 3 to 3 years like three months to 3 years so it’s not a problem as of now if you want you can also consult a doctor regarding this
