#asktheexperts my son is suffering from a cold and cough.can you suggest home remedies? can I give a massage with mustard oil to get relief from cold?

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician2 months agoA. yes for sure you can do mustard oil massage , it has medicinal properties which helps to cure cold n congestion. give steam inhalation and you may use baby vicks.
