#asktheexperts My son is 2 yrs 4 month old… but still he does speak any words except mama papa dada nana chacha…also he understands everything and tell about the things by pointing towards them… Is it normal r delay in speech??

Rashmi GuptaMom of a 11 yr 6 m old girl1 month agoA. Wake up by the time of 2 1/2 years of age on speech then I think it would be a good option for you to take an advice with a speech therapist if your doctor says that some therapist exercise would be helpful then you may as well proceed with it
