#asktheexperts My son is 1y10 m, and he drinks half a liter of milk during the night, waking up in the middle of his sleep. Will drinking this much milk cause any health problems?

NikithaMom of a 11 yr 4 m old boy4 weeks agoA. hello u should limit the milk to not more than 500 ml in a day as too much milk causes malnutrition in kids n may not be good for the baby also
