#asktheexperts my son got cat bit or scratch on one place in leg small finger very mild one. consultaded a doctor and she told to put rabies vaccine 4 dose. will that vaccine case pain swelling fever or any other symptoms. please explain in detail about my question and the situation please

A. dear mom. please do get the rabies vaccine done as soon as possible and complete its all doses as per advised period. post vaccine fever is unusual but in few cases it is seen .
