my 3 year old baby have a small wound on her finger, it look like a normal wound but she said that it is a cat scratch .it happens yesterday night .iam not sure that it is a cat scratch,can I take the vaccine? is it compulsory?

it is important to meet the doctor for examination because relevant history has to be evaluated along with proper medical check up.

if needed the doctor will go for investigations
