helloo sir, my 3 year old baby have a small wound on her finger it look like a normal wound but she say that it is a cat scratch, but iam not sure that it is a cat scratch. is it compulsory to take the vaccine?

Do not ignore if your dog child is saying something and yes consult your doctor if your doctor advises you to get an injection done please get it done because you know it will be obviously a stray cat a child can have an infection do not take a chance please
