#asktheexperts my son age is 4 year, he is strugling to go motion and stool is also becoming very hard when he is taking pediasure that too only 1 scoop with water. when he stopped pediasure he is not struggling anymore. what is best supplement for him

So don’t give it if your child is struggling so much instead you can look for other options if you want to give anything I can recommend you to give a dry fruit powder which you can prepare at home yourself and add similar amount of nuts into that which is much much healthier to be given to the child
