my boy is not sleeping much. today his eyes look puffed , indicating not much sleep. during night they sleep for 11:30 to morning 8am. gets up for one feed and sleeps. but during the day time they sleep like 5 or 10mins. during the day, when I put both to sleep,she gets up with 15mins and the crying sound wakes him too. she is also short of sleep. kindly advice.

Both the kids are different okay so at the end of the day we just see that if the child is maintaining a sleep of 8 to 10 hours in total 24 hours of time then there is no problem and maybe the child who you are talking about is a sleep or put earplugs while making the child sleep so that the sleep is easy for the child
