#asktheexperts my kid is 5 years 6 months old having weight of 17.5 kg..is it ok or what should in include in his diet for his devlopment as he is hyper active kid

A. The weight of your child is decent enough you just need to include more of proteins in the diet of your child and if your child is hyper active it’s not a problem so you should try and include more proteins plus increase the number of meals from 3 to 5 because a hyperactive child eats very well because the energy is channelised so give more of proteins that will be helpful
