Q.

#asktheexperts my hip pain is heavy after my pregnancy. Now I am in 8th month of post pregnancy I cannot be active as normal and I can't sit or stand forcefully. It hurts like cramped. And my tummy becomes hard and big. what shall I do to get normal?

A. arthritis need for appropriate examination of for further advise and information in this regard it is advisable to consult your local doctor for proper examination physically and if all required any investigations also and proper management
