#asktheexperts my daughter sleeps only 30 minutes & and wake up then after hr sleeps 15 minutes

A. Maybe your child is a light sleep and wakes up with the slightest of the sound or noise and that’s why your child is not sleeping constantly for a longer duration I would suggest you to use ear plugs when you are making your child sleep sleep
