Baby is getting up after 30 minutes nap in day time , sleeping is affected. Sleeps for 30 minutes then gets up then again in sometime sleeps after feed then gets scared and keep waking up. In the night she sleeps properly. Any reason ?

A. Swaddle your baby before bed.Use white noise.Try dream feeding.
