#asktheexperts my daughter does not drink water.offers through various colorful mugs,spoon,cups but refuses.she is 11 months old and still on mother feed.is it OK if she is not drinking water at all?

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. that's fine, til 1 yr if age they mostly need hydration from bm Or fm. With every meal, offer water in a bottle or cup or with the hel of spoon.

I am give it in the form of lemonade to the child also or you can go ahead with giving more of buttermilk coconut water to the child is this weather in Delhi the flavour into the water that your Child I will say that we can do it all the time but certainly sometimes we have to do it
