#asktheexperts my daughter ( 3 years 2 months old) is having phlegm, sound is coming while sleeping and breathing. how to get rid of the phlegm and cough inside her?

A. Hello good evening !! Roast ajwain 1-2 spoons ,make a potli using a soft cloth . When the potli is a bit warm that the baby can bear, keep the potli on the baby chest for a few seconds and repeat for 5-8 minutes. This helps in clearing phlegm.
