#asktheexperts my baby is premature ( 34 weeks birth weight 1.8 kg ) now he is 4 months old (6 kg ) but he cannot hold his head and how much d3 oral solution he required

A. See your child is a premature child in this case you can say that the child can have its partial stability by the time of 4 to 4 1/2 months at total control after seven months or so because in general of with a full term child it’s going to be partial stability by the completing age of three months and total after completing the time of six months and the amount of medicine is going to be five drops to 2 times in the day D
