my baby birth weight 4 kg ... in 1 yrs 1 month only she gain weight 8 kg... is it ok

No If your child was born at 4 KG then your child’s technical which should have been at least 12 KG by completing the age of one year and in general also your child is a little underweight it should be at least 10 KG as of now I’m just going to advise you to consult your doctor for a proper diet plan for the child
