Give proper breakfast lunch and dinner to the child after the child wakes up at least wait for one hour or a little more depending upon when do you want to give breakfast what do you want to start the day with milk or just breakfast instantly and slowly we should try to make your child to sleep only one time in the day so that your child wants to sleep early in the night and that was a sound free for a long stretch
