#asktheexperts My baby is 6 months old i am feeding her solids twice a day she is not sleeping at all how can i make her sleep well

A. Give proper heavy meal to the child and good amount of milk as per the requirement of your child with which when the child is going to be sufficiently full and the child will be comfortable the child is definitely going to sleep better that way
