#asktheexperts my baby is 18 months old his area around penis is swollen and his testicles are red, this problem was their with him some months back but it was resolved by antibiotics and ice packing, what can I do now , what's the reason for this? he's always wearing a diaper

may be due to allergy or infection
for perianal/perigenital / diaper rash if it is less then you can go for simple coconut oil as well as any rash cream which is available for diaper rash like
(rashfree / ezinapi / b4napi / zincal)
but if it is not improving then at night time you can add t bact cream in the perianal area which will help in decreasing the rash.
to prevent the diaper rash in the future kindly apply coconut oil before making the child wear the diaper
