#asktheexperts my baby is 16 days old today and I am not able to produce enough milk to provide him, I started taking lactare since yesterday 2 in a day morning and night, will it enhance my milk production??

Yes they are usually very helpful and increasing the lactation for a woman so of course you should continue taking them but that is not going to be enough so I have to make sure that you’re including everything healthy into your diet which is going to be good and healthy the current situation
