please suggest a powder to produce breast milk, I'm not able to produce enough milk for my baby, I have taken natural ways but didn't able to produce enough..

Diet is very important diet is very important to aap to take lots of fibre diet Dal Daliya and water and you can always take left is granules mix the milk and take them two to three times a day and then you will produce sufficient milk for the baby

Have shatavari with warm milk twice a day to increase bm. The more u feed the more milk production will be there.
U can also have jeera water daily two times a day to increase bm. Take care
