#asktheexperts my baby is 11 months old, I use coconut oil regularly for her hair,still it's dry n become thin

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. follow a good diet - Eat adequate amount of protein. As hair is made up mainly of proteins, equally give green veggies n plenty of fluids you may use smla oil, or sesame oil.
