Q.

my baby has dry scalp issue. she got too much dandruff in hair scalp. i regularly apply coconut oil but problem has not solved. plz suggest

A. Consult skin care specialist..to ensure that it will require medical intervention.. Give plenty of fluids to stay hydrated.u Brushing your babies hair before shampooing. you can use sebamed anti dandruff shampoo. Daily oiling is also important. Include more Give green leafy vegetables, dairy products. Maintain proper hygein.
