#asktheexperts my baby is 1 month 20 days old milk supply is low...so iam giving formula to baby only formula....i want to do exclusively breastfeeding but iam unable to do plz help

Take some lactation supplement like Shatavari powder you can increase liquid into your diet have protein rich diet these things are going to be beneficial in most of the cases to increase your diet if it does then nothing like it you’ll be able to breastfeed your child that would be very good for you
