#asktheexperts hi madam . milk supply is low so plz give some suggestions to increase milk . my daughter is having formula milk mam .

A. Good afternoon !! To improve milk supply include milk and diary products, papaya,chiku, poppy seeds ,rusk ,bread toast, garlic in curries,garlic milk in mother diet. Having more water,fluids ,giving direct feed helps in increasing milk production.
