#asktheexperts My baby had been kept in NICU immediately after birth . Then I want to know when it is feasible to inject BCG?

ExpertDr Mahesh PatilPaediatrician3 years agoA. Hello, your baby boy is newborn baby and he was kept in NICU so his weight might be less than 2 kg then it’s not advisable to give him BCG unless he is 2.5/3 kg

NikithaMom of 2 children3 years agoA. hello you can get the baby vaccination now not a problem if the baby is all fine now and any concern then it is better to check with your doctor and your doctor will be able to guide you better on examination of the same and advise you accordingly which is better
