We cannot confirm on all these things once a child is delivered after that you will come to know whether the child needs to be kept into special Care or not NVSD is not necessarily going to close where you are pregnant sometimes it closes on its own after your delivery and sometimes it does not but the size either stay same or decreases so there is no confirmation on that
