ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist2 years agoA. reason can be child does not want to eat or is full so look for signs that is full and do not overfeed child trying to assert control through denying food. so do not be pushy or force feed encourage food intake lovingly by narrating stories singing rhymes

Probably your child is having some indigestion issue that is why your child is vomiting like this I am going to advise you to give medicine to the child to regulate the digestion of the child you can give Neopeptine two times in the day for three days and still if you required please consult your doctor
