It could probably be yellow because of jaundice see without an assessment I cannot confirm on anything and I don’t know whether your child has had jaundice at the time of birth or not so if you can see yellow colour over there is better or if it is just a discharge which is yellow in colour then clean the eyes with water that is going to help as it’s a normal situation
