#AskTheExpert my baby is born on 5th Feb and his eye right eye got sticky many times. we are also using torba drops but still one eye gets sticky

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy3 years agoA. this occurs due to nasolacrimal duct obstruction which is very common in children at this age
it occurs due to obstruction of pathway (nasolacrimal duct) from eyes to the n nose for which eyes massage is needed regularly and this problem goes away with increasing age of the child
meet your doctor for more information and also go through various videos which will also tell you how to massage the eyes to decrease the obstruction.

press the nose and eyes joint strong pinch do 4-5 times and repeat 4&5 times a day
Maintain hygiene use cotton ball dip in warm water and clean
