#asktheexperts my newborn baby has yellowish substance keep coming in her right eye and her eyes gets sticky. when it started, she had swollen n red eye but swelling n redness went away after a while but yellowish substance keep coming back and her eyes gets sticky

Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much. . yellow discharge in eyes in new borns are because of block tear ducts.. press the nose and eyes joint area, strong pinch, do 4-5times.. it could be because of cold weather conditions, you can apply warm mustard oil on baby chest back feet at bed time.. maintain hygiene.. use wet cotton ball dip in Luke warm water.. to clean..Thanks and take care
